THE Good NEWS
Across the country, voters have rejected unpopular abortion bans at the ballot, enshrining protections in their state constitutions. And, in protective states, advocates are expanding access to care including protecting doctors who are mailing medication abortion pills to patients in restricted states.

Strives to ensure Washington is an abortion sanctuary for all. Passed historic laws to shield patients and providers from hostile out-of-state investigations, protect health data privacy, funds clinics, and expand workplace protections for adult-entertainment workers.
The only state in the south to pass abortion forward legislation, repealing decades of restrictions, granting nurse practitioners the ability to offer abortion care, and expanding insurance coverage for abortion.
Leads the work on anti-abortion centers (CPCs), resulting in legislative funding discussions, lawmaker op-eds in major news outlets, and a press conference and communications strategy by pro-choice NC Senate leadership to highlight efforts to hold centers accountable.
Launched an Executive Order to mandate that abortion is included in emergency care and ensure patients experiencing life threatening complications are able to obtain abortion care at Massachusetts hospitals.
Secured more than 2x the signatures required to put abortion on the ballot to end the ban in the Fall, putting families - not politicians - back in charge of personal medical decisions.
Leaders in the campaign to enact the Reproductive Freedom Amendment in Ohio, the seventh state to protect abortion access. Also includes access to contraception, fertility treatment, miscarriage care, and continuing pregnancy care.
